Textiles should be tactilely appealing and highly functional at the same time. We aim to look further afield in order to develop something truly new. Panorama Fabrics' work process encompasses the entire textile value chain - from the fiber to the yarn to the finished textile and its manufacture. We accompany product visions from the idea to market maturity .
Projects are usually realized within 3 to 18 months, depending on the complexity and degree of development. We also support our customers beyond the product development, subsequent adjustments or further development over longer periods of time.
For an innovative product development Panorama Fabrics works together with strong partners right down to the fiber composition for a tailor-made yarn development, if needed.
For the perfect functionality and the design of the fabrics, Panorama Fabrics works with a big variety of machine types (weaving, knitting & more) of our industrial and research partner in Germany and Europe.
the finished product: We offer tailor-made solutions that precisely meet our customers' needs, whether for fashion, home textiles or technical applications.
We support our customers in finding a visual language / storytelling for their innovative textile product to find new markets and fields of application.
Depending on the request, we work with partners from production, research and design. Over the years, we have built up close relationships with leading companies and experts from various industries in Europe but also wordwide. This enables us to offer solutions that go far beyond the standard range.
Panorama Fabrics offers customized consulting whether our clients are in the development phase, need new research results or are looking for creative input.
Our work and that of our partners is reflected in our materials library. In this way, we can support our advice and create optimal initial product modules.
Panorama Fabrics puts together high-performance project teams that combine expertise of our partners from all relevant areas. We ensure that all resources are used efficiently and that every step on the way to the finished product goes exactly according to plan.
Panorama Fabrics is actively involved in knowledge transfer to support textile innovation in non-specialist fields. This includes cooperating with companies and research departments to teach them how to reach a development level of textile ideas within their inhouse processes.
Panorama Fabrics teaches also at universities to support the next generation of creatives to use textiles in their ideas. Only in this way can the textile industry of tomorrow remain strong for the future.
Our Kniterate Workshop promises knowledge transfer for both non-experts and textile professionals in the field of prototyping and development with knitted fabrics on an industrial level. The workshop can be tailored to customer needs and is divided into three modules.
