Special properties in textiles often result from the choice of the raw materials, fibre or filament. When needed, we source or develop custom yarn solutions in close collaboration with our partners. This allows areas such as sensor technology or sustainability to reach new heights.
To achieve the best possible form, design and functionality, Panorama Fabrics uses all the relevant textile manufacturing technologies – weaving, knitting and non-wovens – to maximise innovation and design potential.
Textile fabrics are completed through precise finishing and coating processes – for example, to provide flame retardancy or thermal setting. To this end, we work with our partners who ensure that testing and scalability are in place.
The range is complemented by close collaborations with garment manufacturers. This enables ready-made products to be handed over, manufactured and packaged immediately after the fabric has been cut.

The core offer of Panorama Fabrics always includes the development of textile designs specifically customized to the customers’ requirements – to complement the individual product design. The choice of materials, weaves, colours and pattern compositions play a decisive and stylistically defining role in this process.

Additionally Panorama Fabrics designs textile three dimensional products with a focus on the synergy between form, functionality and the optimal choice of materials – always with the aim of innovating existing product designs and rethinking them from scratch through our textile perspective.

To complete our creative offer, we explore and develop application scenarios of innovative materials for our clients – acting as a bridge between research, industry and new markets. Our interdisciplinary network helps to translate ideas into finished products and communicate them effectively.

In the first phase, prototypes are developed, reviewed and approved in collaboration with customers and manufacturers in terms of design, functionality and manufacturability – the foundation of every successful product.

During the upscaling phase, final designs are produced in larger quantities directly on the production line and to the final quality standard. Quality standards and prices are then formally defined.

Final production can take place directly at our development partners’ facilities. This means products can be ordered in very short time.

If required, Panorama Fabrics can also design the packaging through our network of partners – in alignment with our clients’ corporate identity. This means products can be delivered ready-packed and fully designed.
